Bring your own sleep kit
Bringing a sleep kit onboard can help you relax and keep you refreshed. A sleep kit should include a travel pillow, an eye mask to block out light, earplugs or headphones to block out sound and a small blanket or large shawl to keep you warm.

Chewing is a great way to prevent those clogged ears during take-off and landing (except when you are in Singapore - it is prohibited!). Start chewing beforehand and keep chewing throughout, and you will stay pain free. If you are not a fan of gum, eating fruits such as apples or pears still works!
