At Malaysia Airports, we are fully committed to practicing good corporate governance and transparency. As such, we have set down a code of conduct for our employees to follow.
Our employees shall not ask for or accept any gifts from current or potential vendors, agents or business partners if they are directly or indirectly in a position that could influence any decision making process.
Our employees are also not allowed to offer or accept any gift of cash, cash equivalent, personal service or otherwise that is intended or provided in the hope of any advantage or that may affect the Company's reputation and that can put them in a position of conflict.
With regards to entertainment, Malaysia Airport's employees are allowed to participate in regular business entertainment as long as the organised entertainment is legitimate and intended as a discussion platform to strengthen business relations.
Our employees are expected to comply with the internal policy pertaining to the acceptance and giving of gifts and entertainment, as stipulated in our Code of Ethics.
