Eraman Malaysia Brings Marrybrown To LCCT-KLIA To Further Enhance Passengers' Airport Experience

Sepang - Malaysia Airports (Niaga) Sdn. Bhd. (ERAMAN) continues its effort to further enhance airport users' experience at the Low Cost Carrier Terminal-KLIA (LCCT-KLIA) by bringing one of the most successful home grown brands, Marrybrown to the terminal.

Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Aris Othman, Chairman of Malaysia Airports said: "The presence of Marrybrown at LCCT-KLIA would definitely enhance products offering not only to passengers and visitors but also to the surrounding communities. We will continuously look for opportunities to further improve our services to passengers in all areas including F&B services".

He added: "We believe that the introduction of Marrybrown @ LCCT would add varieties and value for money, food and beverage services to the ever growing passengers especially at LCCT-KLIA. We are confident that Marrybrown, in collaboration with ERAMAN Malaysia will continuously offer good value, variety and deliver the highest quality food to our valued customers at the airport".

LCCT-KLIA has just completed its expansion plan, which has doubled it size and increased the capacity from 10 million passengers per annum to 15 million passengers per annum. The expansion included a new international departure and arrival halls, including a public concourse, government offices, a curbside and a parking area.

Tan Sri Aris said: "We are confident that the passenger traffic especially international flights, will continue to rise despite the current economic situation as low cost carrier operator continues to introduce new destinations and increase flight frequencies, which will encourage more retail and food and beverage activities at this terminal. Therefore, there is a need to multiply dining options at the terminal to cater for the increasing number of passengers."

He further added: "Malaysia Airports is constantly on the look-out for ways and means to elevate its service level by ensuring all airports under its management offer the best products and services for all visitors and passengers.

The event was officiated by Y. Bhg. Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Aris Othman, Malaysia Airports Chairman together with Mr. Lawrence Liew, Marrybrown Fried Chicken Sdn Bhd President/ Group Chief Executive Officer and Y. Bhg. Dato' Seri Bashir Ahmad Malaysia Airports Managing Director. Malaysia's famous male singer, Mawi the Marrybrown Ambassador was also present.

All VIPs, guests and media were treated with food and beverage from Marrybrown. The event was entertained by kids dance performance from Dancever Studio, kids coloring contest from Tadika Impian Pintar and Marrybrown Mascot appearance.
