6. Pan Pacific Kuala Lumpur International Airport achieved a unique milestone in the competitive arena. It was named the Best Airport Hotel in Asia for 2006 by Business Asia magazine, making it the sixth consecutive time, since the award was introduced in 2000.
7. KLIA was the first to be presented an Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Assured certificate by ACI, following a successful audit of its airport passenger service quality management system.
