Multi Check-in Services
To help you make the best use of your time, we offer various services to check you in and let you be on your way to your destination.
You are encouraged to check-in your baggage in advance. You may do so as early as eight hours ahead of your scheduled time of departure to avoid peak check-in queues. In doing so, you may be able to enjoy a better seat selection as well.
With this service, boarding passes for both departure and return flights within Malaysia can be issued together when you check-in for your departing flight. You need not check-in again for your return flight. However, do take note that this service is only applicable when:
- both flights are on the same calendar day
- your return flight has been confirmed
- you have no baggage to check-in on your return flight
If your journey involves transfers at multiple airports, then opt for this service. You only need to check in once to your final destination and rest assured, your checked-in luggage will be transferred automatically. To enjoy this service, your onward connecting flights must be: - confirmed and be on the same calendar day - a minimum of two hours connecting time
Passengers departing from KLIA, klia2 and Kota Kinabalu airports can use this service for faster check in. This service is only applicable for passengers traveling without baggage on flights within Malaysia and between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
No Baggage Check-In
Passengers at KLIA, klia2 and Kota Kinabalu airports can use this counter for faster check in service. This service is for travelers without baggage on flights within Malaysia and between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
The Common Use Self Service (CUSS) at klia2 allows more than one self-service check-in application to share the physical box, similar to using different bank cards in any Auto Teller Machine (ATM). What differentiate the CUSS kiosk and airline dedicated kiosk is the latter is designed to handle a specific airline s tickets only, while CUSS terminal can handle those of several airlines.

Take note that some country will only allow you entry if your passport is valid for at least six months. Visa, transit and entry requirements differ from country to country and can be changed with little or no notice. We recommend that you contact the embassy or consulate of the specific country you will be visiting to obtain the most up-to-date information.
